Placed into the Kingdom of Sweden.
Saelvik is a handmade collectible Samhain Harbinger ghost figurine created by The Nordic Ghost Merchants in Denmark, inspired by autumn folklore, old seasonal traditions, and the travelling spirits recorded throughout Merchant accounts.
The Samhain Harbingers are travelling spirits of the turning season.
They arrive at the threshold between autumn and winter, when the evenings draw in, lanterns are lit earlier, and the old year begins to loosen its hold.
They are not omens of misfortune.
They are witnesses to change, quiet reminders that seasons turn, darkness passes, and you have weathered every hard thing that came before them.
They stand watch at the edge of the year, keeping their own counsel, carrying with them the hush of late autumn and the strange comfort of familiar shadows.
Saelvik is most often recorded when dark cloud gathers suddenly across an otherwise pale autumn sky, particularly in the hour before rain. Merchant accounts note that he tends to appear close to open ground and old field roads, remaining visible only until the first drops begin to fall.
Saelvik the ghost figurine measures 9 cm in height.
These are handmade ghost figurines created from hand-poured jesmonite. Each pour produces a completely unique pattern.
These ghosts have hand painted bases, engraved with The Nordic Ghost Merchants logo and their individual names.
This ensures we offer the ultimate collectible ghost figurines.
