The Fantoms are keepers of laments and quiet things. They are watchers in the stillness; small spirits said to settle where a little company is needed. On shelves, beside books, upon altars and windowsills, they ask for very little beyond a place from which to quietly observe.
Frode is a patient Fantom, given to long silences and longer watches. He is most often found in the quietest corner of a room, where he can observe without interruption.
His laments are rarely shared, though the dark trails beneath his eyes suggest he has kept more than a few. Frode has never been known to complain. He simply remains.
