The Fantoms are keepers of laments and quiet things. They are watchers in the stillness; small spirits said to settle where a little company is needed. On shelves, beside books, upon altars and windowsills, they ask for very little beyond a place from which to quietly observe.

Agnarr is a quiet Fantom, most often found where the house has fallen still. He is particularly fond of windows after dark, though whether he watches those within or whatever lies beyond the glass has never been entirely clear.

His laments are old ones, worn smooth with keeping. Agnarr does not ask that they be understood. Only that he be given somewhere peaceful to remain.
