Awarded Entity Number - FV1276-PHVB
Chosen 19th of October, in the Year of Quiet Hauntings.
Placed into the Republic of Finland.
Blackthorne is a handmade collectible folklore figurine created by The Nordic Ghost Merchants in Denmark, inspired by autumn folklore, old seasonal traditions, and the strange pumpkin-headed Visitors recorded throughout Merchant accounts.
This folklore figurine is crafted through precision 3D printing. He is then hand painted and engraved.
The Visitors are an unusual autumn occurrence within Merchant records. Pumpkin-headed figures wrapped in old travelling cloaks, they appear without warning during the darkening weeks of the year, often near roads, field boundaries and places where the harvest has recently passed.
Their origins remain uncertain. Some accounts describe them as travellers; others insist they are seasonal spirits following old routes long since forgotten. The Guild has never reached a satisfactory conclusion. Each Visitor is therefore recorded individually upon arrival.
Blackthorne was first recorded beside an old hedgerow heavy with late sloes, where a narrow footpath disappeared between two fields.
He was observed there on three consecutive evenings, always facing outward from the hedge. Merchant notes suggest he may favour old boundaries and thorned places, though whether he guards them or merely waits beside them remains unresolved.
Blackthorne the folklore figurine measures 5 cm in height.
