The Pendle Press - Stonewrights Found in Disused Section of The Repository

During inspection of an older section of the Repository, several pale spirits were discovered beside shelving long believed to stand against a solid wall.

Behind them, traces of an earlier opening could still be seen beneath layers of plaster and repair.

Guild records identify the spirits as Stonewrights; ghosts associated with old foundations, weathered walls and places that have been altered, repaired and kept standing across generations.

They are not spirits of ruin.

They are spirits of what endured.
