The Pendle Press - Ambrose Registers Formal Complaint Regarding Pond Conditions

It has come to the attention of the Guild that Chronicler Ambrose has submitted, in writing, a formal objection regarding the current state of his garden pond.

The pond, which Ambrose has maintained in a condition of suitable stillness since the Year of Considerable Fog, has experienced what he describes as unacceptable turbulence following the recent arrival of The Skagerrak Ghosts.

He has noted unusual tidal behaviour. Uninvited ripples. A persistent disturbance along the northern edge which he attributes directly to their influence.

The Skagerrak Ghosts were unavailable for comment. They were looking at the sea.

Ambrose was displeased by this.
